How close is The Parlour to NZICC?
The Parlour is in Britomart, at the Café Hanoi entrance on the Mezzanine Level, 27 Galway Street. It is a short taxi or rideshare from the New Zealand International Convention Centre, or around a 15–20 minute walk through the Auckland CBD.
How many conference guests can The Parlour host?
The Parlour seats up to 44 guests for a private dinner, or up to 50 for a standing, canapé-style networking event.
Can we have exclusive use of the room for a delegate or sponsor dinner?
Yes. Exclusive use is available for groups of 28 or more at no extra cost. Smaller groups can also secure the room exclusively for a full room hire charge.
Can you cater for international delegates with dietary requirements?
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, coeliac, dairy-free, halal and allergy requirements are accommodated as a matter of course — just let us know in advance.
Can sponsors or hosts give a short speech or presentation?
Yes. We have a speaker and microphone available for toasts and short presentations; screens are guest-provided. Billing can be consolidated, or split up to four ways per event.
