Pricing & Terms
The base Cafe Hanoi Modern Vietnamese Menu is $90, the Vietnamese BBQ & Plant Based Menus are $80 per head. The Express Vietnamese BBQ Menu (lunch only) is $65 per head.
The base Ghost Street Banquet Menu, Vegetarian Banquet Menu, & Plant Based Menu are $80 per head.
The base Canape Menu is $75 per head.
You have the option to add extra courses or premium dishes for an additional price. Please see each menu to learn more.
A service/room charge of 15% is applied to the final bill as an event surcharge and room hire.
A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments to cover card company merchant fees.
For all events, there is a minimum food and drinks spend of $500 per booking.
There is a maximum split of 4 separate payments.
Room Privacy
For groups of 28 guests or fewer, there may occasionally be another booking in an adjoining section of the venue, particularly during the busy Christmas period. The spaces are separated by a heavy curtain, providing visual privacy between groups. While some ambient dining noise may be heard, every effort is made to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.
On the rare occasion that two groups are booked simultaneously, we cannot guarantee complete privacy. If your group consists of 27 guests or fewer and you would prefer exclusive use of the space, please let Erin Meylan, our Events Coordinator, know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation and Other Terms
If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a reservation, there is a cancellation fee of $250.
