Diner Protocols - Covid-19 Red Traffic Light
Signing in with Covid Vaccine Certificate will happen at the entrance to Tuawhiti Lane off Galway Street (our usual Café Hanoi/Ghost Street entrance adjacent to The Hotel Britomart).
Maintain one metre social distancing when you leave your table.
Masks must be worn when you are not seated including when going to the bathrooms.
Payments will be taken at the cashier station at the bottom of the step. Please ensure that only one person on the table pays to ensure there are no problems with social distancing and queuing.
There are time limits on each table to ensure we can serve customers dining after you. If you would like an extension please let your server know at the earliest possible convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be gracious if we require your table back

Pricing & Terms

The base Banquet Menus are $70 per head.

The base Plant based Banquet Menus are $70 per head.

You have the option to add extra courses or premium dishes for an additional price. Please see each menu to learn more.

A service/room charge of 15% (except for Late Afternoon Canape Experiences) is applied to the final bill to as an event surcharge and room hire.

A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card payments to cover card company merchant fees.

 For all events except the Late Afternoon Canape there is a minimum food and drinks spend of $500 per booking.  For the afternoon canapes there is a minimum spend of $1500 with no surcharge incurred.

 

Room Privacy

For groups of 28 people or less there is a likelihood that another group will be in an adjoining space that is split off by a heavy curtain.

You will be visually split from this group but there may be some ambient dining noise between the two groups. We cannot guarantee absolute privacy.

Cancellation and Other Terms

If a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of a reservation, there is a cancellation fee of $250 which will be charged to the credit card number provided on your booking form.
