Diner Protocols - Covid-19 Red Traffic Light
Signing in with Covid Vaccine Certificate will happen at the entrance to Tuawhiti Lane off Galway Street (our usual Café Hanoi/Ghost Street entrance adjacent to The Hotel Britomart).
Maintain one metre social distancing when you leave your table.
Masks must be worn when you are not seated including when going to the bathrooms.
Payments will be taken at the cashier station at the bottom of the step. Please ensure that only one person on the table pays to ensure there are no problems with social distancing and queuing.
There are time limits on each table to ensure we can serve customers dining after you. If you would like an extension please let your server know at the earliest possible convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be gracious if we require your table back

All staff have been checked and have provided proof of being allowed to work within the Covid Vaccine Framework.
Floor staff are always wearing masks.
Staff to check customer vaccine certificates and ensure scanning of Covid-Tracer QR code.
One meter distancing between groups.
100 maximum customers dining at any one time.

Cafe Hanoi / Northern Vietnamese

Our Cafe Hanoi Parlour Menus offer authentic Hanoian street food that has made the city world famous, and other more modern dishes that pair traditional Northern Vietnamese cooking techniques with the best of New Zealand produce.

The base Banquet Menu is $65 per head.

The base Vegan/Vegetarian Banquet Menu is $55 per head.
