Diner Protocols - Covid-19 Red Traffic Light
Signing in with Covid Vaccine Certificate will happen at the entrance to Tuawhiti Lane off Galway Street (our usual Café Hanoi/Ghost Street entrance adjacent to The Hotel Britomart).
Maintain one metre social distancing when you leave your table.
Masks must be worn when you are not seated including when going to the bathrooms.
Payments will be taken at the cashier station at the bottom of the step. Please ensure that only one person on the table pays to ensure there are no problems with social distancing and queuing.
There are time limits on each table to ensure we can serve customers dining after you. If you would like an extension please let your server know at the earliest possible convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be gracious if we require your table back

The process

Make A booking

The Parlour is available to book Monday to Saturday for lunch or dinner service and Sunday for dinner only.

Booking process:

  1. Please use the booking form below to see availability and options for the different types of events that we offer in the Parlour.  this is a provisional booking choice.
  2. Once you have provisionally booked you will automatically receive an email that includes the booking and menu selection form. You will be asked to complete this form within 3 working days.
  3. Once booking/menu form has been submitted we will be in touch to confirm your booking and discuss any further requirements.
