Diner Protocols - Covid-19 Red Traffic Light
Signing in with Covid Vaccine Certificate will happen at the entrance to Tuawhiti Lane off Galway Street (our usual Café Hanoi/Ghost Street entrance adjacent to The Hotel Britomart).
Maintain one metre social distancing when you leave your table.
Masks must be worn when you are not seated including when going to the bathrooms.
Payments will be taken at the cashier station at the bottom of the step. Please ensure that only one person on the table pays to ensure there are no problems with social distancing and queuing.
There are time limits on each table to ensure we can serve customers dining after you. If you would like an extension please let your server know at the earliest possible convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please be gracious if we require your table back

The Parlour is our event based dining venue. It's the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion with family & friends or host an important business function.

We offer multiple menu options showcasing dishes from Northern Vietnam and our award-winning Cafe Hanoi or rustic Chinese from our recently opened venue - Ghost Street.

Our drinks list includes wines ranging from the smart and reasonably priced to the unique and characterful. Delicious cocktails and cleansing ales are also on offer.

The room holds up to 44 people seated and 50 people standing.

The Parlour is above Cafe Hanoi. Come into the main entrance of Cafe Hanoi and head left up the stairs.
